Analyst - Sales Development

Great opportunity to join a brilliant, close-knit team that provides support to the sales team. Duties include (but are not limited to):-

* Research and prepare pre-meeting meeting notes for EMEA client meetings

* Prepare post-meeting notes for EMEA client meetings

* Assist in roadshow management with the Project Management team

* Work with the Sales team to collate investor feedback and ensure execution of follow up points have been actioned

* Research and prepare the team for ad-hoc meetings and conferences

o This includes analysis of attendee lists and coordination of meetings

* Attend investor meetings with the sales team and take minutes of the meetings as required

* Performing ad-hoc, project, and investor research requests

The successful applicant will have experience working in placement, banking, private equity, or a related function.

The position requires:-

* Degree educated (or equivalent)

* At least 3 years' experience within a similar industry

* Exceptional ability to communicate verbally and in writing

* Ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously and prioritize workflow

* Capability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Strong Microsoft skills
  • * Good knowledge of Salesforce (preference System Admin level)


Your Experience:

  • You will have a strong record of academic achievement, culminating in an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) which demonstrates proficiency with "numbers" as well as more qualitative qualities
  • Excellent communication & analytical skills
  • Driven and highly motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Background wise, you will have worked in financial services, ideally within Private Equity or similar
  • Knowledge of alternative investments (ideally private markets) will be preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills are absolutely key, along with the demonstrable ability to use your initiative to work in a proactive manner
  • Be able to see the "bigger picture" and think more broadly, being able to piece together "needs and wants" - be a solution orientated person
  • Strong Microsoft skills required, and, knowledge of Salesforce is desirable
