Associate Director - Real Estate Income

We are currently looking for an Associate Director (Real Estate Income) to join a globally recognised Investment Manager with > $300bn AUM. The ideal candidate will have strong real estate transaction/portfolio management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Analysing transactions and taking acquisitions from cradle-to-grave with the support of the wider investment and fund management team.
• Preparing and presenting investment committee memos.
• Working closely with the asset management professionals to ensure efficient management of the existing REI portfolio.
• Preparing relevant documentation for compliance and internal reporting procedures.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with investors, stakeholders and third party businesses.

Requirements:

• BA/BSc/MA/MSc in a finance related degree.
• Strong numerical abilities with good proficiency in excel/financial modelling.
• CFA or MRICS would be advantageous but NOT essential.
• Strong experience in real estate and/or credit transactions.
