Job Purpose Statement

Where you'll fit in & what our team goals are...

As a member of the Client Reporting team, your role provides a production, control and oversight function.

Oversee client reporting requirements with internal stakeholders and outsource provider, managing change as required, whilst maintaining a robust control function.

Working with internal and external parties to ensure end client reporting is delivered in accordance with agreed client requirements.

Role Responsibilities

How you'll spend your time...

• Support a robust reporting workflow process internally and with the outsource provider, ensuring relevant controls are in place
• Maintain client matrix containing reporting requirements and ensure delivery to agreed timelines
• For new mandates, ensure that reporting requirements are agreed and scheduled with all parties
• Mange change - both internally and with outsource provider
• Act as a primary contact in relation to reporting workflow issues, both internally and with outsource provider, managing them through to resolution
• Escalate queries and issues where appropriate, but continue to own them through to resolution
• Seek out opportunities for continuous improvement within the reporting process and client servicing
• Use analytical skills and understanding of client reporting content and process to ensure completeness and delivery
• Ensure a high level of client service is maintained, and enhance relationships with all stakeholders
• Undertake other client service activities as assigned

Key Capabilities

To be successful in this role you will have...

• Experience of institutional client reporting (preferred) or operations in an asset management firm
• Strong team working and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable organisational skills
• An understanding of asset management and asset management products
• IMC/IAQ desirable
