This role would suit a Project Finance Manager, who has knowledge of building scenario modelling for new products and investment cases across a National network. You will be working within the Senior Director of the Product Development team to deliver new project and product assessments.

Your role will be to build investment cases for new projects via scenario modeling, along with providing budgets updates. You will deliver the business cases with the Project Managers to Senior stakeholders to discuss new revenue streams and investment areas.

Your key responsibilities for this Project Finance Manager role will include
  • Take responsibility for the CapEx, OpEx and recurring budgets across Product Development projects ensuring updates are provided via the Product Development Managers
  • Build and deliver bottom-up analysis, to review viable investment cases for new product developments or existing product changes
  • Provides Scenario modelling of Budget updates on investment and testing updates which could include financial benefit modelling, evaluation of the risks and commercial viability
  • Assist and support with Investment & Project development documentation to ensure the revenue benefits and market opportunities are easily explained
  • Work with Internal stakeholders to develop financial scenarios to assess new options within their market sector
  • Provide Management & Executive reporting of Performance and metrics for allocated projects
  • Work within Internal Teams which will include, Sales and Marketing to provide analysis of new commercial bids and tenders, along with reviewing updated commercial contracts
  • Update & revise the 3-year Investment Plan to provide overview of the Commercial Portfolio, to deliver insights to prioritise business resources.

Your key skills required for this role will include
  • Qualified Accountant ( ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Equivalent
  • Proven Background in financial analysis, project finance or scenario modelling for business cases
  • A clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Confident in relationship building within a national or international commercial environment

This role can be based Nationwide, but you will be required to travel to London for meetings on a weekly basis. The company provide an excellent range of benefits including Bonus, Car Allowance, Health Cover and more
