Our client is a global boutique investment manager of a prominent financial services firm boasting impressive fund performance year on year. Due to increasing regulatory requirements, a new Senior Regulatory Reporting Oversight Analyst position has been created.
Joining a team of 4 across London & India, you will be experienced in ensuring the business meets its reporting obligations across multiple regulations to include EMIR, SFTR, FinFRAG, MIFID & MMFR (MIFID II & EMIR technical knowledge is the minimum requirement). Candidates will be fully conversant with the rule book and experienced in assessing the impact of new industry regulations (working closely with compliance) as well as interpreting & overseeing the implementation of regulatory changes that are applicable to the business.
Candidates will be experienced across the full regulatory reporting operations workflow and will be familiar with reporting obligations to provide timely and accurate trade and transaction monitoring utilising vendor platforms, exception management, client onboarding and data maintenance supporting regulatory processes.
Process implementation/automation experience is also advantageous to implement transaction reporting processes, agree best practices, implement fixes, facilitate testing and provide periodic status updates to senior management.
