This role represents a unique opportunity to join the Data and Analytics team at DWP Digital, where we are building modern services that enable us to use and share data within DWP, and across the public sector, to improve customer journeys and increase efficiency.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience leading a team of Digital Project Managers and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing risks, issues and internal/external dependencies for complex programmes and able to coach others in managing risks
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in line management, mentoring, coaching digital project managers and identifying growth opportunities for the team.

You'll join our team based at our digital hub either in Blackpool, Leeds, Newcastle or Sheffield.

In return for your skills we offer competitive salary for this role is up to £74,392 per annum.

And a generous leave package starting at 26 days (25 annual leave days plus one extra for the Queen's Birthday) and rising to 31 days.
