Multi Asset Investment Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Daily Monitoring of the MM Proposition (MA Funds/NURS/Third Party OEICs & Model Portfolios).
• ODD for All MA Assets
• Monitoring of cash flows for the MA Funds and Model portfolios.
• Oversight of the execution of MA trades.
• Work with other team members to ensure the quarterly adjustment/rebalancing of the Model Portfolio offering are adjusted as efficiently as possible.
• Preparing and reviewing various Daily Reports.
• Production of Monthly/Quarterly Performance reports. (Platforms/EMX/Risk Mapping organisations)
• Corporate Actions in partnership with Investment Operations Team.
• Assist Head of Multi Asset Operations, with ad-hoc Projects

Background & Experience

• Ideally at least 3 years' experience gained within a similar role such as Fund Administration for a Discretionary Model Portfolio Service.
• Working knowledge of: UCITS regulated Collective Investment Schemes.
• Trade/Deal Planning
• Exposure to Model Portfolios
• Knowledge of Client Reporting would be an advantage
• Project Management skills
• Foreign Exchange processing
