Roles & Responsibilities

- Daily Monitoring of the MM Proposition (MA Funds/NURS/Third Party OEICs & Model Portfolios).
- ODD for All MA Assets
- Monitoring of cash flows for the MA Funds and Model portfolios.
- Oversight of the execution of MA trades.
- Work with other team members to ensure the quarterly adjustment/rebalancing of the Model Portfolio offering are adjusted as efficiently as possible.
- Preparing and reviewing various Daily Reports.
- Production of Monthly/Quarterly Performance reports. (Platforms/EMX/Risk Mapping organisations)
- Corporate Actions in partnership with Investment Operations Team.
- Assist Head of Multi Asset Operations, with ad-hoc Projects
Background & Experience
- Ideally at least 3 years' experience gained within a similar role such as Fund Administration for a Discretionary Model Portfolio Service.
- Working knowledge of: UCITS regulated Collective Investment Schemes.
- Trade/Deal Planning
- Exposure to Model Portfolios
- Knowledge of Client Reporting would be an advantage
- Project Management skills
- Foreign Exchange processing
