Financial Accountant (Contract/FTC)

A large real estate investment firm, based in London, have an outstanding opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to join their business on a 12 month contract basis.

You will join a very successful property investment company, and will work as part of a larger finance team in an exciting and fast paced environment to support the business in the following areas:

• Financial reporting under IFRS, US GAAP, Multi-jurisdictional GAAP standards
• Monthly management accounting, bookkeeping & variance analysis for SPVs
• Assisting with Tax and VAT compliance for the SPVs
• Cash management and supporting debt covenant reporting
• Ad hoc financial support to the property asset managers

Expectations of the candidate:

• Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or similar)
• Preference for audit practice trained background
• Knowledge of IFRS and excellent debits and credits knowledge
• Real Estate sector experience a preference
• Familiar with Yardi Voyager a plus
• Strong academic background
• A great communicator and team player

Contract Duration: 12 months

Salary: £60,000 + completion bonus and benefits
