Job Description:

To review Credit and Portfolio Management processes and policies and recommend and implement changes as required.

Knowledge / Experience:
  • Have strong credit underwriting experience in a Commercial bank or similar
  • Experience of reviewing credit processes and policies and recommending and implementing changes and as required
  • Have knowledge of portfolio management processes
  • Having knowledge of loan operations is desirable
  • Having experience of managing non-performing loans is desirable
  • Knowledge of Real Estate transactions is desirable
  • Be comfortable and confident dealing directly with borrowers and introducers if required
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills and be comfortable dealing with remote teams
