We are recruiting for an experienced Scrum Master with FRTB and Risk relevant experience. You will be deployed, working and supporting various different projects for emagine onsite (hybrid working) with leading Global Investment Banks. Work will include acting as a Scrum Master with some BA responsibility within Risk and more precisely FRTB programmes.

The role of Scrum Master (Risk Transformation, Regulatory Change, FRTB, Business Analysis, Sustainable Finance):
The experienced Scrum Master will be a key individual within our Agile Practice and work as a senior Scrum Master within a major investment bank within FRTB and SFRC risk teams. A fast-paced environment where the suitable individual will be praised for being innovative and getting stuff done. Scrum Master (FRTB, SFRC, Business Analyst, Risk)
Required - Scrum Master (FRTB, BA, Risk, SFRC, Investment bank, Agile Coaching):
- Are you a Scrum Master with experience working in FRTB teams/programmes/projects within financial institutions?
- Are you a Senior Scrum Master with a track record of supporting teams at an early stage of their agile journey/transformation?
- Are you a Scrum-Master with PSM or alternative Agile qualifications?
- Are you a Scrum Master with knowledge of SFRC, FRTB, CAR etc?
- Alternatively are you a Scrum Master with investment banking experience and previous knowlege or a working track record in risk and FRTB related work?
