Client Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities include:

Work with the team to complete fund and managed account client reporting each month.
Project Management, working with key stakeholders to manage and develop end to end reporting processes
Develop improvements in reporting cycles to provide scale and capacity
Manage and update consultant database profiles for funds on a monthly basis
Assist with RFP completion, working with other teams to maintain and review RFP/DDQ responses and answers.
Manage key stakeholder relationships - internal and external
Maintain an up to date and working knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for client reporting
Support the business development team and portfolio managers with preparation and follow ups.

Candidate Requirements:

Demonstrable reporting experience, ideally within Asset Management
Excellent IT skills
Positive / can-do attitude
Understanding of distribution and operations within Asset Management
Attention to detail and accuracy, and works systematically to meet and maintain standards, and adhere to procedures.
Good analytical skills, capable of thinking logically, using initiative and systematically able to resolve complex operational problems
Project management and documentation skills
