Programme Director - Perm - Asset Manager - London

A top London-based Asset Management company is looking for a permanent senior business-focused Programme Director with good TOM design and implementation experience from Asset Management companies.

This global role will be working across front and middle office change, building a new portfolio management engine for the future.

The aim is to implement an operating model across a new investment concept. This position will be to drive this design and implementation from a strategic position. Must be able to sit on top of programme team and provide direction.

Great scope for progression - Key role in the business and so, whilst a senior role now, there are even more interesting plans for 3-5 years down the line.

Hybrid working model. Very flexible working arrangement.

Required:

• Strong business-focused Programme Director / Senior Programme Management experience
• In-industry Asset Management experience
• Strong Business Change experience
• Good TOM Design and implementation experience
• Experience mainly across front and middle office, but full front-to-back office understanding is beneficial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
