The Company:
Our client is a specialist manager in real assets, private debt, credit and equity with a multi-billion portfolio under management. This role will be sitting within a sub team of their Real Estate platform with capital commitments in excess of €1 billion and additional fund raising soon to conclude. A highly capable Manager (Senior Associate level) is sought to help drive the efficient execution of transaction workstreams.

Remuneration:
Basic salary of c. £90,000 dependant on experience (the client will go above this for an exceptional candidate), plus benefits and a highly competitive bonus and carry.

Role responsibilities:
- Coordinating and ensuring transaction execution workstreams are completed diligently and within agreed timelines.
- Structuring investments with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Managing the due diligence process.
- Working closely with external advisors across Europe on the transactions.
- Coordinating and managing various internal teams including legal, finance, and asset management, to conclude transactions.
- Managing third party advisors.
- Reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the team's investment process through oversight and preparation of IC papers.
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrable professional experience in real estate investment, managing acquisition and disposal transactions.
- An earlier career role as an analyst is preferred, and strong existing numerical and Excel skills.
- Experience coordinating internal and external DD teams.
- Experience in European markets.
- A native speaker of a European language would be ideal but is certainly not essential.
- Highly motivated, ambitious and commercial.
