FRM, Product Development & Innovation
As a core member of the Product Development & Innovation team, you will be responsible for contributing to the financial resources optimization mandate by identifying areas of opportunity and driving projects to capture those opportunities. You will be responsible for coordinating across multiple groups and several different projects to drive strategic execution. This will entail leading and participating in complex problem solving, data analytics, providing insights on process design, and supporting successful completion of technical financial resource management projects. You will develop a strong partnership with technology and businesses to leverage resources effectively and your efforts will create efficiencies and facilitate development of capabilities to allow senior leadership greater transparency and insight for strategy and planning.
Required Experience:
• Must have knowledge and experience in RWA including Basel III capital legislature and SA-CCR as well as relevant upcoming regulatory reform e.g. FRTB
• A demonstrated history of delivering on initiatives and involvement in large scale projects
• Experience of leveraging data and systems to improve processes or business analytics
• Ability to coordinate processes and work as part of multiple teams across a firm
• Ability to work under pressure in a highly professional Front Office environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Analytical aptitude regarding data science and quantitative strategies
• Experience in large scale data management and working with data analytical tools, such as Tableau, SQL, Python

- Bachelor's/University degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, economics or equivalent experience
