Job Purpose Statement
Your role will be to provide support to the IT Governance and Controls team. You will be the link between Technology, Compliance, Legal and Operations. You will provide assistance in reviewing new regulations that directly impact IT and supporting the delivery of these requirements and organising packs to senior governance meetings.

Role Responsibilities
How you'll spend your time....
- Conduting regulatory gap analysis for new regulations that impact our Technology operations, standards and policies.
- Compiling Technology governance packs for board and senior leadership meetings
- Coordination of Technology responses to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and request for proposals (RPFs) from clients and regulators.
- Assistance with Technology deliverables for EMEA/APAC region such as:
- Creation and maintenance of trackers for BAU projects and ad hoc deliverables
- Recording meeting minute
- Organising and coordinating meeting
- Creation of project plans
- Liase with application owners and CDOs on technical requirements
Key Capabilities
To be successful in this role you will have....
- A strong self-starter who is willing to investigate and build networks to find solutions.
- Work across locations with colleagues in EMEA, APAC and the US.
- Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with individuals at all level of seniority
- Experience in Asset Management, Compliance, Regulatory Change, Technology and/or Risk will be beneficial
