Role / Principal Accountabilities:
  • Provide compensation advice, bespoke analyses, guidance and support to relevant HRBPs and/or the business
  • Support projects and processes including the annual remuneration review process/market benchmarking
  • Perform analysis on market positioning and salary structures
  • Provide guidance and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation topics including pay appropriateness, market competitiveness, effectiveness of compensation elements etc.
  • Support or take lead/facilitate business required and regulatory required processes (UK and other EMEA countries), ensuring appropriate quality standards and documentation
  • Take lead on regulatory disclosures and returns including engagement with relevant stakeholders


Skills and Experience:
  • Have strong experience in compensation analysis in financial industry
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Have an experience in working in matrix organisation
  • Have an experience/good understanding of market benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies (preferable McLagan)
  • Experience in benefits would be a plus
  • Be aware of own strengths and capabilities and at the same time be able to identify areas which they can further improve and develop
  • Be open to learn in a fast-paced, changing and highly regulated environment
  • Be detailed-oriented, placing an emphasis on accuracy, while always being able to see the broader picture
  • Be an enthusiastic, resourceful and pro-active team player willing to contribute
  • Be well-organised and have ability to manage heavy workload/competing priorities
  • Be creative with a solutions-focused approach
