Who we are looking for
We are looking for a forward-thinking product marketer who has interfaced with sales and product teams, with background ideally in B2B financial services or Fintech.
You will partner with both the business and global marketing colleagues to help establish market leadership in key revenue driving asset servicing product / solutions areas by connecting capability roadmaps to marketing strategy and tactical campaigns.
Stakeholder management, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into value-based narratives and sales enablement tools is crucial.
Strong product marketing experience would be strong differentiators.
We are looking for an experienced product marketer to lead our marketing activity for Asset Servicing Products (including ESG solutions). Responsible for upgrading our product / solution marketing capabilities and creating better alignment between products / solutions and client segments globally.
This role sits in the segment and solutions marketing team and will be significantly focused on building strong relationships with senior business stakeholders. It requires a strong, self-directed leader with high quality relationship development skills and independent management skills.

Why this role is important to us
You will be joining the Institutional Services function that allows us to deliver a comprehensive, holistic approach to each client relationship - for asset managers and asset owners, insurance companies, and official institutions globally. It means our client-facing functions work together to bring the very best solutions and services the firm has to offer - across all of our locations, products, and capabilities.
Join us if making your mark on the long-lasting client relationships we build is a challenge you are up for.

What you will be responsible for
As Product Marketing you will

  • Stakeholder Management - Work with business stakeholders to identify key revenue drivers that align to our client segment needs and require marketing support
  • Insight - Drive market, competitor and client analysis to proactively determine and differentiate our product marketing messaging and approach
  • Product Positioning - develop messaging that clearly articulates value, benefit and differentiation of our products in the market.
  • Go-to-market - Collaborate with the various product owners and the broader marketing team to develop and deliver end-to-end go-to-market strategies to support product, solution and segment propositions for top revenue drivers. Utilise thought leadership to drive our position as the 'go-to source' for key market developments and enhance awareness of our strategic propositions
  • Sales Enablement - Communicate the value proposition of our products, go-to-market plans and sales assets available to the client segment teams
  • Operations - Develop a self-service model for foundational product marketing needs

  • Executive presence, strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise research and data to drive actionable insights, develop strong value proposition and inform marketing strategy
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Working and communicating with senior levels in an organization
  • Working in cross cultural environments with an ability to operate on their own, as part of a team and globally (preferred)

Education & Preferred Qualifications
