Do you have a passion for Transformation, Change & Digitalisation? Join Macquarie's Commodity Operations Change team in London as a Project Manager, where you'll play a key role in a range of exciting opportunities which will strategically evolve Commodity Operations systems, services and control processes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with various stakeholders across Commodity Operations, Technology and the Commodity Business and will report directly to the Global Head of Commodity Operations Change & EMEA Head of Commodity Operations.

Responsibilities will include business analysis, project management, change management and human-centered design, including:
  • gathering data to analyse root cause and generate insights into opportunities
  • partnering closely with stakeholders to fully understand current state, design ideal future state and create plans which incrementally deliver transformational change
  • managing projects to completion, individually and in conjunction with others

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years' experience in project-focussed roles in consulting, project management and/or business analysis. Experience within Financial Services (especially Commodity Operations) would be valuable, although this is not a mandatory requirement.
