ICOO Reporting and metrics
  • Establish a balanced scorecard for the ICOO, aligning targets and KPIs to objectives.
  • Take a lead role in the development of an ICOO dashboard that can be used to monitor performance against the balanced scorecard and a wider set of KPIs / KRIs based on front line control frameworks to support senior management decisions.
  • Apply visualisation tools to integrate existing reporting (e.g. salesforce, oracle).
  • Drive automated reporting solutions to reduce reliance on manual EUCTs.
  • Be responsible for the preparation of reporting/ data inputs required for key governance committees or senior management meetings.
  • Own and drive ongoing continuous improvement to the reporting process and content, identifying areas for enhancement and/ streamlining.
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with other reporting roles across COO and other teams Internationally.
  • Liaise with support function teams to identify and develop other data points relevant to the COO organisation and to support progress reporting against the COO strategy (e.g. HR metrics).
  • Support ad-hoc reporting as required by the ICOO leadership team, including development of new reports.
  • Work closely with the Data Governance team to align to the data governance framework requirements.
ICOO Strategic initiatives

The role will also be expected to support the delivery of specific strategic initiatives as defined by the ICOO Strategic Initiatives Lead.
  • Work independently to drive analysis and shape strategic initiatives, making recommendations to inform senior management decisions.
  • Manage the planning and execution of a variety of initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and bringing teams together on a cross functional basis across the International region.
Required Skills & Experience
  • A data driven mindset with excellent analytical skills, including the ability to distil complex information/ data sets into meaningful reports.
  • Advanced excel and powerpoint.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team (regional and international).
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, build consensus and partner with a diverse set of stakeholders at all levels across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Self-starter and able to recognize and act on opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Unquestionable ethics and integrity.
  • Sound judgement with a high level of discretion.
  • Developing and designing reporting suitable for senior management and executives.
  • Writing and delivering presentations to Senior audiences.
  • Managing large and complex data sets.
  • Experience using data visualisation tools such a Tableau, Power BI.
  • Supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Project/ programme management.
