Our client, a self storage investment and asset management business, is going through a significant phase of expansion and is looking to hire a senior analyst to assist with their growth strategy. The role will have exposure to existing trading sites, sites in development stages, and new acquisitions.

Role responsibilities will likely include:

  • Area mapping and analysing towns for potential new acquisitions


  • Competitor research in towns / cities of interest


  • Reviewing, analysing and tracking potential investment opportunities across different domestic and global markets


  • Assisting with the origination and execution of investment opportunities


  • Assisting with due diligence and underwriting process


  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and slide desks for investors.


  • Modelling for existing and development assets and assisting with the development of the portfolio model.


Experience and Qualifications

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant subject such as real estate, finance, economics or similar (desirable but not essential)


  • Experience with financial modelling/ strong excel capabilities


  • Demonstrable capability to ensure accuracy in manipulating, analysing and presenting data


Remuneration

It is envisaged that this role will pay, dependant on experience, a basic salary of £50,000 - £65,000 pa plus an annual discretionary bonus.
