Our client, a wealth management firm based in London, is looking for a Senior Paraplanner to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, complete and deliver reports and annual reviews for clients to the highest standards.
• Receive and implement requests from Advisors.
• Gather and record client data on Intelligent Office
• Communicate with clients (face to face or remote) and third parties as required.
• Work closely and communicate clearly with administration support.
• Develop and maintain all processes relevant to technical support.
• Undertake product-based research.
• Undertake professional development and training.
• Attend client meetings and take on non-complex client cases to develop own client base.
• Ensure compliance with and promote awareness of anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations.
• Ability to achieve and retain appropriate status within the Division's T&C regime
• Assist in collating and providing accurate MI.
Experience:
• Experience using technical financial planning tools, modelling software, etc.
• Mentor to junior members of team and providing additional training
• Tertiary education, ie degree or equivalent qualifications preferred.
• Minimum CII Level 4 qualified, working towards Level 6 / Chartered status.
• Extensive experience of providing Paraplanning services for High Net Worth clients.
