You Should Apply If:
  • You want to take a key role on our teams and help us deliver awesome business features
  • You have been working in teams on large projects, actively writing code through the whole stack from back-end (especially Java) to front-end.
  • You understand Agile practices like Scrum, Kanban and DevOps and have practical experience of at least one.
  • You enjoy collaborating closely with other members of a cross-functional team to deliver features.
  • You care deeply about improving security and code quality.
  • You want to actively engage with our engineering community on defining standards and guidelines
  • You are keen on coaching and mentoring less experienced colleagues.

  • You have experience building and maintaining large front end web applications that are secure, performant and reliable.
  • You are proactive and a team player - both within your feature team, and in the wider development team. You have experience working with other developers, reviewing PRs, discussing tools, offering feedback, mentoring junior team members etc.

What We Use:
Some of the frameworks, tools and technologies in our stack - but different expertise is welcome:
  • Frontend - React for our Design System and SPAs.
    • Semantic HTML, CSS / SCSS / CSS in JS, Javascript (ES6), TypeScript, Webpack, Lerna, Yarn and NPM,
    • Jest, Enzyme and Cypress testing.
  • BackEnd -
    • Spring Boot for our microservices ecosystem.
    • Cosmos DB on Microsoft Azure with MongoDB API.
    • Kubernetes and Docker for orchestration and containerization.
    • Azure DevOps for Repos, CI and Release pipelines.
    • SonarQube and Checkmarx for static code analysis and security scanning on both the frontend and the backend.
    • Apigee for building and surfacing APIs for system integrations.
  • Salesforce for CRM.

Experience Required:
  • Experience in relevant technologies delivering quality software solutions. Front End Must Have. Additional technical skills desirable.
