About the Role

Joining us as Assistant Portfolio Manager, you will assist with the launch and management of all externally managed funds including but not limited to; UK, Global and Emerging Market Equity funds and Fixed Income funds.

You will assist in the selection, combination and monitoring of mandates awarded to external managers in a consistent and rigorous manner, with the aim of delivering sustainable outperformance from externally managed pools. You will assist in the evaluation of investment strategies and style combinations for externally managed sub-funds, achieving agreed investment outcomes taking into account the complementarity of investment strategies.

About You

So, if you hold an Investment Management qualification and have relevant experience in the assessment of external manager capabilities, preferably in equities or multi-asset, then we want to hear from you!

With high levels of integrity and trustworthiness, you will have excellent relationship management skills and an understanding of qualitative and quantitative due diligence. Knowledge of Bloomberg is desirable.
