Who we're looking for
We're looking for an entrepreneurial individual to join our Marketing & Communications team in the Creative Studio team.

The successful candidate will be based in the Creative Studio which sits within our dynamic and award-winning Marketing and Communications global team, supporting communications globally. You will be part of our in-house Creative Studio team of five talented Designers, a Creative Lead and our Studio Coordinator.

We expect the Assistant Integrated Designer to bring creativity and technical expertise to our ongoing projects, communicating effectively, creating work that gets noticed and achieving results that everyone can be proud of. From branding development to infographics, and animation to illustration, you will continually raise the bar in everything you do.

These are our four areas of expertise:
Content Generation - this team comes up with the ideas and creates the content. This can range from an intriguing snapshot to a thought-provoking article, to a topical, fully researched report. Each piece is tailor-made for its audience.
Marketing Production - the task for this team is to deliver the content to its audience in the most appropriate way: a printed brochure, a blog post, a PowerPoint presentation, a digital download, or perhaps a perfectly placed Tweet.
Marketing Distribution - this takes in all the channel marketing and campaign management teams, which work closely with sales and distribution to make the best use of marketing opportunities at every level - global, regional and local.
Digital, Analytics and Research - these teams tie all our marketing activity together. The core of our marketing approach is digital, so we have a digital distribution strategy and use audience engagement analytics to measure the success of our content.

The knowledge, skills and qualifications we're looking for
• Creative thinking and conceptual development skills
• An understanding of working across brand and communication design
• Be able to showcase a range of design skills
• A good knowledge of current design practices
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work to manage time and work to deadlines
• Working both in teams and independently
• A good understanding of industry-standard software, especially Adobe Creative Cloud

The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help
• Design industry experience
• Additional design skills, such as illustration, video, and photography skills
• Relevant qualification to degree level or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint
• You are a driven self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication, and
critical thinking skills
• Ability to deliver to tight deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations that articulate ideas in a compelling manner
