M&A:
- Support the execution of investment/divestment projects: business case development, valuation and financial modelling, due-diligence, structuring, documentation and project management
- Review organic investment proposals and prepare recommendations for approval
- Monitor performance of on-going projects and report on cost and timeline performance
- Maintain and upgrade templates for investment proposals (in MS word) and financial models (in MS excel)
Strategic Projects:
- Support cross-functional strategic projects: market analyses, peer reviews, assessment of business opportunity potential, business strategic reviews, etc.
- Provide insight into the group's/BU strategy by performing ad-hoc analyses
- Help business units in evaluating long term strategic options and value creation initiatives
Qualifications:
- Ambitious, disciplined self-starter
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrated interpersonal and client relationships skills;
- Proven written and verbal communication skills;
- European language skills very much valued; and
- Flexibility to travel, as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
- Experience working with diverse teams
