In this position as a Client Support Analyst, you will act as the point of contact with all of their current and future clients so excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. It is also important for you to have a solid understanding of the full lifecycle of a variety of asset classes and a passion for problem-solving in order for you to give the best service possible and add value to their clients.

As they are a fairly recent launch, it presents a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting venture at an early stage.

Some of the typical responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Acting as the main point of contact for existing client queries around the portfolio management system
  • Manage client relationships and assist with onboarding
  • Be responsible for trouble-shooting any issues which may arise
  • Work closely with the implementation and development teams
  • Lots of varied on-going project work

The person:
  • Ideally 1-3 years of experience in a relevant position within a hedge fund/investment bank/asset manager.
  • A strong academic background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Tangible experience in a problem-solving environment
  • Understanding of other Portfolio Management Systems like Charles River / Fidessa etc. is a bonus
