ABOUT THE ROLE
The Compliance, Legal and Conflicts Leadership team are looking for a team member who can collaborate across regions and work closely with our stakeholders in other divisions. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced, well-organised and hardworking individual. The role also has scope to get involved in project management and other initiatives within the organisation.
The role will include the following duties:
  • Monitor key processes, including mandatory compliance training, data risk management, business continuity planning, and system entitlement recertification
  • Manage office space planning
  • Onboarding/offboarding processes for GS staff and contingent workers
  • Updating and maintaining internal office systems
  • Assist the divisional management with ad-hoc requests and event management
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to be proactive, use initiative and multi-task, as well as prioritise
  • Must be comfortable being independent and self-starter
  • Works well under time pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with senior leaders across departments
  • Ability to work with different time zones including the Americas, EMEA and Asia
  • Expertise in delivering high quality work products, reflecting attention to detail and analytical prowess
  • High level of discretion/confidentiality when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to exercise strong judgment and decision-making in a collaborative consensus-driven environment
  • Professional, positive, can do attitude to work
