Senior Treasury Manager

Role Description

Analysis of liquidity flows and timing
IRRBB and Market Risk monitoring against ICAAP metrics
Support work in monitoring against the ILAAP metrics such as LCR and NSFR
Working with product and other teams in defining client products, pricing and monitoring against expectation
HQLA Portfolio management
Documenting and monitoring liquidity policies with 2LOD
ALCO paper preparation
FTP management and planning
Input to relevant liquidity regulatory returns
Working with the Group Treasury function in Estonia
Supporting Faster Payments, including NSC, BACS and CHAPS clearing

Role Requirements

Strong analytical skills, using data tools such as Excel and Tableau
Ability to understand and articulate financial products
Experience within building a Treasury function or system
Strong Regulatory experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively across teams & effectively maintain and build strong working relationships with others
