One of the top Global Commodities Trading Investments Firm is now looking to add an Investment Manager to their team.
The firm has an exceptional track record and is highly acquisitive.
The role will sit within their corporate acquisitions team and work as part of a high profile group looking at new M&A deals.
Day to day, this will involve:
identification of potential investments for the firm carrying out an initial business, sector and financial review of the target
working on the negotiation and execution of the deal
financial modelling, valuations, commercial and financial analysis of investments
portfolio management of assets
You are most likely to be working as follows:
VP level + Investment associate/ VP from an energy investor or oil and gas business
Possibly a corporate development manager from an energy company
VP level + investment banker with sector experience
Experience of executing deals in the broad oil and gas, commodities, energy or infrastructure sector
