On behalf of Deutsche Bank, AMS are now looking for a Non Financial Risk Specialist to work in their NFRM CAO team based in London on a PAYE basis.

Overview:

The selected candidate will be part of the NFRM CAO team. The role is based in London and the candidate would engage in the following activities:

Key responsibilities:
  • Support and drive NFRM's regulatory engagement agenda, including supporting the co-ordination of regular regulatory meetings for the Global Head of NFRM
  • Coordinate and track information request submissions to regulators
  • Ensure Key Regulatory deliverables and milestones are delivered
  • Provide visibility across NFRM's Regulatory Engagement initiatives,working closely with Regulatory Management Group and the NFRM Management Team;
  • In addition to the above support, drive NFRM's Regulatory Adherence agenda, including identification of new/changed regulations,coordination of Impact Assessments and coordination of Gap Analysis
  • Track implementation progress of all regulations assigned to NFRM via RAMS
  • Keep all information in RAMS current & up to date
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks relating to Local Regulatory Adherence Exercise
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks relating to Minimum Requirements for Risk Management (MaRisk) regulation

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Non-Financial Risk Management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and writing skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience or a comparable track record in project management or process management or assistance to senior management
  • Good collaboration skills and experience of networking and stakeholder management
  • A high regard for confidentiality
  • A can-do, determined and proactive attitude and the ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office software (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills and be fluent in English Experience:
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility in handling multiple tasks, showing excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work flow
  • Able to drive assignments autonomously and interact self-confidently with management, showing persistence
  • Able to work in fast paced environment and share and receive information, knowledge and expertise within the team environment
  • Degree educated from an accredited college or university or an equivalent Diploma or work experience
  • An understanding of Non-Financial Risk/Operational Risk regulations in the context of Financial Institutions is preferable.
