Your program's highlights

HOLT is a value-based, return on capital framework proprietary to Credit Suisse that provides clients with unique and differentiated insights into corporate performance and valuation. The HOLT meth-odology is based on the proprietary Cash Flow Return on Investment (CFROI®) metric that elimi-nates distortions in accounting statements giving investors a unique perspective to benchmark cor-porate performance across time and geography.

The HOLT LensTM online platform provides an objective view on over 18,000 companies in 65 countries worldwide, allowing investment managers to focus on their core proficiency: investment decision-making.

HOLT has a proven track record of over 30 years and is one of the most highly respected corporate performance and valuation frameworks available in the market place today. It is used in Investment Management, Corporate Consulting, and Research Analyst environments across global equity mar-kets. Specifically HOLT works with c. 550 clients globally, ranging from traditional long only investors to Hedge Fund managers.

Our internship is designed to offer real insight into our business and is one of the most in-depth internships within the financial services industry. From day one you'll be part of the team. You'll face real challenges, have real client exposure, enjoy real achievements and have your talents recognized every step of the way. We will help guide you through your summer experience, and each intern is assigned a mentor and a buddy, so you'll have all the support you need.

Because we want to bring the very best people into our organization-people who understand our business inside and out-we've designed our internships to act as a pipeline into our future full-time classes of new hires. This means that if you show real potential and demonstrate exceptional performance during your time with us, you may be offered a full-time position for the following year.

Start date: June

Duration: 10 weeks

Academic requirements: Graduate in 2024 from an MBA, Post-experience Masters or PhD qualification (or equivalent) in any subject area, and available for a full 10 week internship in 2023 and able to start full-time employment in July 2024.

Your field of responsibility

Develop your skills in an intellectually challenging, fast-paced environment, focusing on understand-ing and leveraging the HOLT framework to generate unique company and sector insights. You will have the opportunity to liaise with Securities Research, Cash Sales and Credit Suisse Private Bank as well as collaborating closely with junior and senior investment banking professionals, with an em-phasis on European companies across all sectors. You will be part of the team, ensuring a rich, re-warding experience and an opportunity to develop your skills while working to help our client base achieve their strategic goals.
