The Technology Analyst (TA) Graduate program provides excellent exposure to business and the financial technology industry. As a permanent full-time employee you will start on the two year TA program which will give you the tools you'll need to jump start your career in technology. Program highlights include:

• Two year-long placements across our business divisions to expand your knowledge base and networks

• Data Science & Analytics
• Cyber Security
• Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence & Robotics
• Innovation & Automation
• Cloud

Your field of responsibility

Our Full-time Analysts you will have the opportunity to work on projects that use latest technology and on products and services that enable the flow of financial information across the world. You will have two year-long placements (typically rolling off the program into the second), with day-to-day responsibilities typically including:
  • Working as a developer, improving existing software components and crafting new ones
  • Practicing test driven development and writing automated unit, integration and end to end tests with a focus on software testing quality
  • Practicing Agile development methodology (Scrum, Peer programming and TTD)
  • Contributing to architectural design and participating in technical discussions to improve software development processes used by the team
  • Participating in code pairing sessions with various members of the team
  • Java, Oracle and SQL development skills
  • Experience building User Interfaces using modern languages
  • Building you knowledge of DevOps, container and cloud technologies
