Who we are looking for
An experienced Production Manager with strong knowledge of the State Street Middle Office Products as well as some understanding of Alpha Products. The individual must have both business as well as technical background to better provide our internal and external clients with superior support & services.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As the Global Head of GSS COE you will be responsible for day-to-day BAU operation of managing Middle Office global team, supporting MO applications, client's cycle processing, and onboarding new clients into production and BAU support structure. The role requires daily interactions with our internal IT and business partners, with various types of support and services as well as working closely with Front Office Data Support (FODS) team providing them with needed information for client services and communication.
  • Develop and Implement a Strategy to expand the current support & services outreach to other State Street offered services, providing our business and clients with additional support
  • Be a representative from the BCS (Business Client Services) group in working with other areas of Prod mgmt. to enhance our existing support partnership including CRD and Alpha support
  • Manage day-to-day BAU to reduce/eliminate issues impacting operation teams and address issues that are escalated by the business and clients that are critical to remediate
  • Work closely with the STT IT areas, production mgmt., Alpha teams and CRD to integrate Alpha into our existing support structure for an end-to-end clients' file delivery monitoring and support model
  • Strong documentation skills when logging issues, which includes observations, diagnoses, action steps, tracking/follow ups on issues and excursion.
  • Strong communication skills while collaborating across various departments in providing clear and regular updates related to issues
  • Work closely with the Front Office Data Support team (FODS) to address client's issues and queries in a timely manner

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum of 7-10 years' experience within Production Management/Middle Office Support
  • Experience with the State Street MO and Alpha Products and applications
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and attention to details skills.
