A super acquisitive PE backed Asset Management business is looking for an experienced and talented Group Finance Manager to join their team of 5. The firm provides a broad range to investment managers.
The business have reached their growth target of £30 billion AUM in just 18 months, compared to the original projection of 3 years. Heavily investing in their finance and back office systems, this role is perfect for a qualified accountant who enjoys technical reporting and systems improvement.
This opportunity would suit someone who has worked in audit, or PLC, or a PE backed business - a combination of these backgrounds is ideal. Circa 5 years' post qualification experience requested.

The role involves:
- Ensure the subsidiaries report figures per Group accounting policy
- Identify and highlight specific expenses identified per the company loan agreement
- Ensure statutory compliance for all subsidiaries
- Preparation and analysis of the Group Consolidation (UK GAAP) including responsibility for intercompany loans and elimination entries
- Ensure the financial statements are in full compliance with FRS 102
- Year-end planning, preparation of audit requests & Balance sheet review
- Preparation of the consolidated statutory accounts and subsidiary account
