About the role and project

The Sales team covers investor clients including Independent Asset Managers, Private Banks and Institutional Asset Managers for investment solutions. The position is a market and client facing role that requires smarts, technical and people skills, a problem-solving approach and above all ability to work as a team. We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and hard-working team player to cover the UK market in SILEX PARTNERS' office in London. You will help build long-term relationships with existing and new wealth management clients and will work closely with our structuring, marketing and asset management teams in other locations.

Main responsibilities

. Identify new business opportunities and originate new client relationships in the UK, always with a strategic and long-term view,

. Generate sales driven investment ideas, differentiated content and other market commentary,

.Manage the entire sales process from qualifying to closing, in-depth understanding of clients needs,

. Analyze intelligence from the marketplace

Requirements

. Relevant Master's degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record, specialization in Market Finance.

. 5+ years proven experience.

. Strong relationships with the wealth management, private banking and institutional market.

. Aptitude for business development and an entrepreneurial spirit.

. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills

. Strong computing skills and knowledge of MS Office. Previous experience with Salesforce would be an asset.

. English, or French could be benefic.

. Based in London with possibilities of trips abroad.
