Description:

A high profile Investment Bank are looking for a Problem/Incident Manager that will sit within the centralised team to focus on 1st line problem management. The role will require the manager to triage between business reporting problem and technical team, understand the problem and ensure that the right technology team is allocated to fix that particular ticket. Therefore, it is essential to have good understanding in seeing the whole end to end process of a cycle.

The role has hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. There will be some shift work where working on a Saturday or Sunday may be required every 3 weeks however, the successful candidate will be compensated by having the following Monday off to allow for a 2 day weekend.
