Responsibilities (dependent on seniority of candidate):
  • Creation and implementation of business plans, asset management models and related initiatives
  • Directing and implementing short, medium and long-term strategies to optimize value-creation for each asset and the post-acquisition aspects of the platform at large
  • Working closely with local property managers to ensure seamless property operations, including but not limited to oversight and monitoring of service charge budgets and rent collection
  • Managing key value creation initiatives such as but not limited to leasing, ESG initiatives and capex programmes and making appropriate recommendations to management where required
  • Participation in refinancing and sales processes
  • Conducting market research and understanding the competitive dynamics in each market to help formulate and revise the business plan for each asset
  • Creation of investor presentations and assisting with investor queries and reporting
  • Contribute to the production of monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports and business plan /budget updates
  • Assist the acquisitions team in pre-acquisition due diligence and analysis

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum three years' experience for the mid-level role and minimum ten years' experience for the senior role, specifically within real estate asset management
  • Tried and tested leadership, platform building and management skills for the senior level role
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with emphasis on financial modelling capabilities for the mid-level role
  • Organised, diligent and detail oriented, able to effectively manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Personable, team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Highly motivated with solid work ethic
