About the Role

The Marketing Analyst for the UK, Benelux and Nordics will be based in London and will report to the Marketing Strategist for the UK, Benelux and Nordics. The role is part of the EMEA Channel Marketing Team and will partner with several functions across the broader EMEA Marketing Team, including Events, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Editorial and Design, as well as with internal stakeholders across the wider business and external vendors. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of marketing activities in the UK, Benelux and Nordics regions, targeting wealth and institutional audiences, and will partner with the Marketing Strategist to plan, communicate, project-manage and activate the marketing strategy for each channel. This role requires the ability to establish strong working relationships across functions and regions, including close working partnerships with the Channel Marketing Team across EMEA, including Italy, Iberia and DACH.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Marketing Strategist in the annual planning and help coordinate, implement and measure the marketing strategy for each of the key channels in the region, including promotional tactics such as content, local website, email, events, PR, social, advertising, SEO and product materials
  • Partnering with the editorial team to help manage the creation of campaign and product content required for the region
  • Create campaign assets and product materials (webpages, thought leadership, emails, email signatures, videos, print and digital advertising, sponsored content)
  • Ensure regular communication with the other regional strategists to share campaign and product content for translation purposes
  • Assist in the enhancement and tailoring of the UK/Benelux/Nordics websites to the audience needs
  • Partner with the Events Team to deliver proprietary and sponsored events in the regions, including event-related content, communications, and metrics
  • Support the delivery of the media plans and ensure the timely creation & execution of assets
  • Brand management for the region, supporting global and regional activation of brand strategy and campaigns for local markets
  • Assist with analysing and reporting on the campaign metrics
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications & attributes:
  • Relevant experience, from within asset management and with a marketing background
  • A strong team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions
  • Experience across print and digital activation of marketing including managing digital assets
  • Experience in reporting on and analysing the metrics of the digital activities/campaigns
  • Experience in working with third parties including creative and media agencies
  • Highly organised, strong attention to detail and ability to deliver to tight deadlines
  • Project and event management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
