Trading Platforms Senior Business Analyst

I'm currently recruiting for a tier 1 investment banking client looking to bring on a Trading Platforms Senior Business Analyst.

Candidates should have:

• Previous experience at a buy side asset management
• Previous experience in a multi-asset environment
• Previous experience of order and execution management lifecycle or front office system
• Strong delivery focused approach, ensuring business value is being met
• Excellent problem solving, business analysis and communication skills. Should be able to present a point concisely and deal positively with conflicting views
• Experience working with developers and operating within the software development lifecycle
• Experience in influencing team members and other colleagues to achieve results
• Strong interpersonal skills: able to establish and maintain a close working relationship with traders, fund managers and technology people alike. Must be able to communicate with senior stakeholders effectively.
• Highly organised self-starter with the ability to effectively manage time across multiple projects and with competing business demands and priorities
• Good knowledge of SQL with related hands-on experience preferable.
