A Change Analyst to work within the engagement team, focused on stakeholder communication and adoption of the tools developed by the CIU team.

This unique position will require you to be comfortable communicating effectively to both Business and Technology stakeholders. To be successful you will need to understand the products we offer as well as understand the needs of the users in order to tailor engagement and communication

The team
The Distribution function is the client facing arm of the Asset Manager, encompassing Sales, Relationship Management (RM), and Client Service, operating in over 30 countries. As the function continues to grow and develop globally, so the requirement to service this division with timely, accurate and insightful analytics and reporting is critical to ensuring the firm optimises its go to market activities and Distribution and marketing teams and management are provided with the necessary intelligence to make the best decisions for our clients.

The Client Insights Unit (CIU) is a business facing team embedded within the Distribution function, located primarily in London but serving a diverse set of consumers at all levels right across Distribution, Marketing and product strategy spanning 28 markets. The team has the responsibility for running a CRM platform and delivering client focused data driven tools and insights for all offices.

What you'll do
You will support the end-to-end success of getting users (Primarily Distribution, marketing and product staff) to engage with data insights tools and applications, and reporting through which they can drive value to the business. Your duties will include analysing engagement metrics to identify adoption opportunities, running user workshops and training sessions, collating user feedback and identifying development opportunities. You will be considered part of the 'Sales and Marketing function' for the CIU group with around 1000 users across Distribution, Marketing, Product and Investment.

You must be comfortable engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders from Schroders' many regional offices and Head Office, at all levels of seniority, from Regional and Country heads through to individual sales practitioners.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the capability
• Run the Data Champion network, empowering sales staff from local offices to promote the CIU capability in their offices
• Run CIU tool training sessions globally, both within Distribution and where necessary outside
• Generate content to aid with the engagement strategy (Newsletters, SharePoint Site, training materials, promotional videos, surveys etc)
• Collect, monitor and report back on success stories, ultimately leading to building a narrative on how Data Analytics is driving business uplift
• Collate feedback and identify opportunities for the team to build new revenue generating data tools.
• Responsibility for ensuring that all products are suitable and can drive efficiencies across the business.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - capable of interacting confidently at all levels of the Distribution organisation including overseas stakeholders
• A team-player, with the ability to operate effectively in a collegiate, collaborative, high performance environment
• Some experience in Sales or Relationship Management would be beneficial
• A track record of delivering to tight deadlines
• A good understanding of the Asset Management sector / investment practices including the challenges faced in running and growing a Distribution function would be beneficial
• Creative and innovative thinker, ability to explore business problems and collaboratively devise solutions that aren't always immediately apparent
• Charismatic and passionate individual, with the ability to influence people and drive the demand for data driven decision making
• An understanding of how Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Alteryx work, namely the process of designing and delivering bespoke analytical solutions into a business
