Our client is an elite boutique who have a global presence in the Advisory space. The Chemicals M&A team (Top Ranked) are now looking to Hire an Associate & VP who will be working on some of the most complex and interesting deals in the chemicals sector.
The role:
• Running End to end Mid-Market and large Cap Chemicals M&A transactions.
• Strategic Advisory work (Working closely with Debt and Equity teams)
• Building & maintaining financial models (DCF and LBO)
• Review Junior team members work and help with training
• Keeping contact with other teams to ensure the smooth running of the execution process.
• Working directly with MD and Director levels

Candidate requirements:
Associate Level:
• Minimum 3 years M&A experience at an Investment bank or boutique (Strong bonus would be Chemicals / Natural resources sector experience). Would also look at candidates who have corporate development experience from the Chemicals sector.
• Strong DCF Modelling skills
• Excellent communication & Presentation skills
• Interest in the chemicals sector.
• Train and review Analyst work.

VP Level:
• Minimum 6 years M&A experience at an Investment bank or boutique with Chemicals sector experience. Would also look at candidates who have corporate development experience from the Chemicals sector.
• Solid transaction experience
• Origination of deals within the chemicals sector (Would be a strong bonus)
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
