PMO Analyst

Responsibilities:

Track the portfolio across the change framework
Ensure effective governance is adhered to, challenging teams where required
Driving through the adoption of SAFe Agile processes and PMO assurance
Defining and implementing best practice across planning, reporting, forecasting
General support for Project Managers with steerco preparation and admin

Skills required:

Knowledge of wealth, asset or investement management industry
Exposure to delivering projects in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks and experience of the applications and technologies used to support project management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to problem solve with attention to detail at all times
Deep experience in EXCEL (e.g., Array formulas, INDEX etc...)
