Job Purpose Statement

As the Performance Manager you will supports global initiatives specific to investment performance measurement and analysis. It involves leading staff responsible for collecting, communicating, measuring, and analysing investment performance information to ensure accuracy and the delivery of time-sensitive performance information for clients, marketing materials, investment professionals, and all levels of management.
Role Responsibilities
How you'll spend your time...
• Lead a small team focused on the production oversight of BAU deliverables and issues with Investor Reporting teams and other stakeholders
• Initial point of contact and escalation for internal stakeholders such as Investor Reporting, Client Services, and Investment teams
• Actively maintain and monitor Performance team SLA's to provide timely reporting and align to team members needs
• Manage Root Cause and Late Stats analysis and reporting to senior leaders at month end
• Lead Client Change process with Investor Reporting
• Handle Mandate Review process within the team
• Partner within Operations, Technology, and Vendors to ensure data quality and to identify and resolve issues related to performance data and reporting
• Provide leadership and participate in performance measurement initiatives. This includes leading improvements impacting performance data, systems, and processes and ensuring detailed documentation of work processes are in place and maintained
• Provide leadership, mentoring, setting goals, and conducting performance reviews with direct reports
• Influences and regularly interacts at all levels of the organization
• Participate in project-oriented initiatives to meet the objectives of the performance analytics department either in a team or self-directed environment, such as automating report solutions or participating in departmental projects
• Provide overview of new or changes to Send On reports to ensure checklist and procedures are updated
• Establish global processes related to BAU production oversight, Client Change, mandate Review, Root cause analysis and other initiatives across NA and EMEA regions
• Initial point of contact for ISAE related queries and request for information from external auditors and internal Business Risk and Controls team

• Solid understanding of investment concepts
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools, such as Microsoft Excel and Access
• A strong team player who is able to successfully meet deadlines
• Comprehensive work experience in investment management or financial services
• Experience of people leadership
• Preferably, degree Educated in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
Desired Capabilities
If you also had this, it would be great...
• Advanced knowledge of performance measurement concepts; CIPM preferred
• Work experience specific to performance measurement and analytics
• Proficient with data and report automation
• Advanced experience with performance systems, such as FactSet and Aladdin
