Our client, a leading accountancy firm, are looking for a PMO Manager to join their central team.
Responsibilities of the PMO Manager (London)
• Accountable for the provision, and continuous improvement of, all regular key PMO services (e.g. reporting, risk management, resource management, dependency management, communications, process documentation)
• Act as a SME of PMO and Programme / Project delivery process and practices
• Operate within and assist in maturing the Change Minimum Standards
• Conduct pro-active programme and PMO health check
• Coordinate the production of portfolio reporting and governance
• Regular reporting to wider PMO (incl. delivery staff) and change portfolio governance forums
• Ensure PMO process changes are coordinated, resolve risks and issues
• Lead key project(s) in PMO practices
• Ensure PMO outputs meet requirements within time, quality, cost constraints (and timely escalation of risks if not)
Experience & Skills of the PMO Manager (London)
• Experience of PMO/PM practices including maturity models
• Experience of change delivery approaches (e.g., Waterfall, Agile)
• Experience of Organisational governance structures and associated relationships
• Experience of Corporate processes and procedures
• Experience using , MS Office, SharePoint, PowerBI, portfolio planning software
• Previous experience working with a professional services company would be an advantage
