Role Responsibilities
How you'll spend your time...
- Ensure daily reconciliations are completed on a timely basis with any outstanding items investigated as a priority
- Minimise trading issues so failed trades are kept to a minimum and resolved in the settlement period
- Ability to explain any issues to clients should they request information
Key Capabilities
To be successful in this role you will have...
- Advanced experience working in an Operations environment within the financial industry
- Understanding end to end processes involved in Operations
- A good, rounded knowledge of Investment Management business
- Awareness and understanding of fund accounting principles and processes involved within Investment Operations
- Cash & stock reconciliations experience including experience in the investigation process
- Strong teamwork ethic
- Ability to solve issues relating to corporate actions, trading, settlements and client enquiries amongst others
- Dealing with client requests where immediate responses are required
