Role Responsibilities

How you'll spend your time...
  • Ensure daily reconciliations are completed on a timely basis with any outstanding items investigated as a priority
  • Minimise trading issues so failed trades are kept to a minimum and resolved in the settlement period
  • Ability to explain any issues to clients should they request information


Key Capabilities

To be successful in this role you will have...
  • Advanced experience working in an Operations environment within the financial industry
  • Understanding end to end processes involved in Operations
  • A good, rounded knowledge of Investment Management business
  • Awareness and understanding of fund accounting principles and processes involved within Investment Operations
  • Cash & stock reconciliations experience including experience in the investigation process
  • Strong teamwork ethic
  • Ability to solve issues relating to corporate actions, trading, settlements and client enquiries amongst others
  • Dealing with client requests where immediate responses are required
