Workday Analytics Lead

Some of the responsibilities of the successful candidate will involve:

• Providing high quality, meaningful analysis to address current and future business needs
• Surfacing data reports and integrations
• They may perform project based analytical work for a specific business/function and/or manage a team of Analytics Analysts
• They build and leverage the analytical toolkit and research techniques to create new insights to bring added value to stakeholders

With regards to the type of individual required for the role, we are looking for candidates with advanced reporting experience (Matrix and composite), a very good understanding of Workday security model, Discovery Board and Worksheets experience and any experience with Workday Prism or Adaptive Insights would be desirable.
