Morgan McKinley is supporting a well regarded and highly established Employment Tax team in their recruitment for an Employment Tax Senior Manager on a permanent basis, with flexible working, located in an easily accessible location in London.
The Employment Tax team advises their clients on their tax and reporting obligations, such as salary, bonus, expenses and benefits. Whilst they also advise on matters such as National Minimum Wage, Off-Payroll Working, the Apprenticeship Levy and Gender Pay Gap reporting.
As a Tax Senior Manager you'll be responsible for:
Our client is seeking an individual with demonstrable experience in the Employment Tax space, as well as being CTA, ATT, or ACA qualified. You'll be collaborative, supportive and motivated to continue providing excellent client support.

As a Tax Senior Manager you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a client portfolio and being the lead on major projects
- Managing the delivery of employment tax advice regarding areas such as employment status reviews, termination payments, salary sacrifice and due diligences
- Supporting your clients with Employer Solutions technology, including implementation and follow up reviews
- Identifying and winning new work from new and existing clients
- Supporting Directors and Partners with business development and marketing activities
- Be a lead, a coach and a mentor to more junior members of the division
