The Role
The role sits within the ESG and Institutional Distribution team supporting the Head of Institutional Distribution with day-to-day tasks as well as providing support in key functions such as the integration, coordination and collation of ESG processes and functions.
The ESG Support Associate will also provide support for RFP and RFI completion as well as keep maintenance of a library of information and past submissions.
The ESG Support Associate will help design and build and monitor ESG integration processes for fund management teams.
The ESG Support Associate will arrange collation of ESG data across the Asset Management company's fund ranges and be accountable for the firms businesses and fund management ESG narrative for the RFP and DDQ process.
The ESG Support Associate will collate and compile data so as to provide a picture of the firms footprint as well as put together reports on ESG footprint for external 3rd parties.
The ESG Support Associate will oversee the relaying of fund management data to various external investment platform providers.
The ESG Support Associate will provide support to the distribution team with MI data on investment funds and positioning.
The ESG Support Associate will identify RFP and RFI opportunities.
The ESG Support Associate will assist the Head of Institutional Distribution with their day-to-day tasks.
The Candidate
ESG / Sustainable Investing experience - either 1-2 years in asset management industry or ESG related degree - recently graduated.
Ideally Mathematics, highly Numerate or ESG related degree
