Excellent opportunity opens for an Operational Risk Professional to join a rapidly growing Investment Bank and assist Senior Managers in supporting the Bank's Operational Risk profile, and all related components that form the Bank's Global Operational Risk Framework.

This is the perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic individual excited to take on a wide breadth of responsibility and grow their career into an Operational Risk SME

• Leads the delivery of the Bank's Risk Control Self-Assessment ("RCSA") and works closely with the Control Office in other teams in Line 1 and other streams in line 2 to ensure regular and consistent evaluation across all risk types, including reputational and conduct risks.
• Assist in the development of the operational risk management framework that is responsive to the Bank's risk appetite, including establishing appropriate scope and scale limits, key performance indicators and early warning signals.
• Assists in the development and preparation of the Banks Annual Operational and Resilience Risk Scenario calculation and ICAAP preparation
