- A background in architecture, design or engineering
- Experience in ServiceNow, Delinea, SailPoint and HashiCorp Vault, or similar technology
- Experience in big data analytics
- Broad familiarity with enterprise IT operations, including monitoring & alerting, backup & recovery, and identity & access management
- Understanding of cybersecurity and computer networking principles
- Good communication and collaboration skills
